Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods

- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($19.95)
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days (cost varies by destination)
International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return

- Print prepaid return label
- Package items securely
- Drop at any authorized shipping location
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for US customers. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will arrange for replacement or refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Swimwear without hygiene liner
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged items
